Tap Payment Provider with Refund Workflow

  • Navigate to the Website -> Configuration menu.
  • Open the Payment Providers sub-menu and configure the Tap payment method.
  • Enter the secret key and choose the 3D secure option if required.
  • Add products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Select Tap Payment Gateway and the page will be redirected to the Tap payment page.
  • Enter card details.
  • If 3D security is enabled, the ACS emulator will verify the payment details.
  • To check the payment details:=> Navigate to Website -> Configuration -> Payment transactions.

Payment Providers

To configure payment options for online transactions, first, navigate to the website and select Configuration. Next, click on payment providers to access the available payment methods. Finally, select the tap payment provider.

Secret Key

Select the tap payment provider to enable tap to process transactions. After enabling Tap Payment, enter the required credentials, and secret key without enabling 3D security, on the payment providers page.

Enable Payment Method

Navigate to the configuration tab and the admin click on "Enable Payment Methods." After enabling the feature, the selected payment method's name will be displayed in the payment form section. This allows users to see the available options for processing payments effectively.

Tap From Payment Method

To proceed with online transactions, you need to enable the tap payment option in the payment method settings. This allows customers to make tap payments during the checkout process.

After selecting the products during the checkout process, proceed to the payment section. Here, select the tap payment method for processing your online transaction.

Card Details

After selecting the payment option, fill in the card details by entering the card number, expiration date, and CVC code. Additionally, be sure to input the name as it appears on the card. This information is essential for processing the transaction successfully.

Payment Information

The payment confirmation is displayed successfully, indicating that the transaction has been processed. This message assures users that their payment was completed without errors.

Payment Transaction History

Access the configuration settings and select payment transactions to view the payment transaction history. This section will display all transaction records along with their current status for easy monitoring.

Transaction Details

View the complete payment transaction details, which include the tap transaction ID, tap transaction currency, and tap transaction status. This information provides a clear overview of the transaction for better tracking and management.

Refund Process

Navigate to the Invoicing section and click on Customers. Then, select Payments in the menu to view the list of customer transactions. Click the button to initiate the refund process for the selected payment.

Refund Amount And Reason

After clicking the refund button, a refund popup will appear, displaying information such as the tap transaction ID, payment amount, and maximum refund amount. Enter the refund amount and provide a reason for the refund based on your preferences.

Refund Payment Transaction History

Show the refund payment transaction history along with their statuses on the payment transaction page. This information allows for efficient tracking of all refund transactions processed.

Display the complete refund transaction details, including the refund amount.

3D Security

Activate 3D Secure to enhance transaction verification and security. This feature adds an extra layer of protection by requiring additional verification from the cardholder during the payment process.

ACS Emulator For 3DS V2

If 3D Secure is enabled, the ACS (Access Control Server) emulator will be displayed before the successful payment. This emulator provides the necessary authentication step for the cardholder to verify their identity during the transaction.
