Discount Button Control:
- Admin can enable or disable the discount button, controlling whether POS users can apply discounts at checkout.
Number Pad Management:
- Admin can choose to enable or disable the number pad feature, allowing for greater flexibility in input methods.
Plus/Minus Button Control:
- Allows admin to enable or disable the plus and minus buttons for adjusting quantities during transactions.
Quantity Button Control:

General
Access Rights
Under the User & Companies settings, go to the Point of Sale tab to display all POS access rights. Admins can easily enable or modify these rights as per their requirements. This helps in maintaining security and efficient management.


Disable On POS Screen
Before access rights are set, all buttons on the POS screen remain disabled. This prevents unauthorized actions and keeps the system secure. Admins need to enable access for users to activate the functionalities.
Payment Screen
Disabling customer selection on the payment screen means users will not be able to choose a customer.


Order Details List
Disabling the New Order and Delete Order buttons means POS users cannot add new orders or delete any existing orders.
Enabled Features for User Access
Enabled features include the numpad, payment button, remove order line, and customer section. Users can now utilize these options for better transaction management.


Buttons Now Enabled
After enabling the numpad and payment button, remove the order line and customer section. These selected buttons are now visible on the POS screen.
All Buttons Enabled by Admin
All buttons are now enabled by the admin. This allows POS users to access and utilize every function on the POS screen.


Visible All Buttons
The POS screen now has all buttons enabled. This allows users to utilize all functions without any restrictions.
