POS Free Gift - Reward System Features
Product-Wise Offers:
- Admin can link parent products to child products with discounts or free pricing. Customize messages for bills and set promotions with specific start and end dates to manage campaigns effectively.

- Define rules for activating the free gift program, such as required purchase quantities, and provide POS users easy access to view and apply available offers.

General
POS Dashboard
To configure the free gift program, go to POS and select Product, then click on Free Gift Program. This will allow you to set up and manage the gift options for customers.
Create A Program For Product
Type in the program name and choose the product program type. Enable the compulsory setting, add your parent products, and set the minimum quantity. Finally, add any relevant child products.
Create A Program For Cart
First, select the cart program type for your setup. Then, enter the minimum and maximum cart amounts. Finally, add the child product to complete your cart configuration.
Free Gift Program List
This section displays all programs you have created. You can enable or disable them directly from here.
Free Gift Program Button
Start by clicking the Free Gift Program button. Then, select a parent product from the product program type. This action allows you to benefit from the free gift offer.
Detail Symbol
All rules are now enabled. To see which products are assigned to this program, click the Details button. This feature allows for easy tracking of product assignments.
Detail Gift Popup
The gift popup displays a list of products along with detailed information about each item.
Product Add-in Cart
When you click the Apply button, the chosen products are successfully added. This action updates your cart with the selected items.
POS Receipt
The POS receipt displays detailed product information, along with a custom message.
POS Order History
The history list displays all orders processed through the POS system. This allows for easy tracking of past sales and order information.
POS Order Invoice
This section contains the invoice for your product program-type order. It details the costs and items included in your purchase.
Warehouse Details
This section shows the warehouse details linked to the product program type.
Detailed Operation
The operation list for the product program provides comprehensive details on all actions taken.
Gift List In Popup
This section shows the products that are linked to the cart program rule. You can review which items are part of this program easily.
Add Products For Cart Program
Select any one child product for the cart program type on the POS screen.
Product Add WIth Custom Message
The cart program now includes products with a custom message.
POS Receipt For Cart Program
Once payment is completed, the receipt features the selected products and includes a custom message.
Invoice For Cart Program Type
This invoice is issued for the cart program type. It includes all relevant details of the transactions within this program.
POS Order History
The order history list shows all your past orders and their statuses.
Warehouse Details
Access the warehouse details for the cart program type to see inventory information.
Detailed Operation
The operation history list for the cart program provides a complete record of all actions.
Apply A Rule
Click the Apply button to activate the selected rule.
Details Icon
Click on any program to immediately apply the associated rule. To see which products are linked to this rule, click the Details button. After reviewing, click the Apply button to put the rule into effect.
