Admins can view, download, and manage these files from the backend, offering comprehensive oversight and flexibility in handling sales documentation.

POS Attach File with Order Features
Payment Screen File Management:
- POS users can upload files during the payment process. The "upload with order" tab makes tracking file names and managing attached documents easier per transaction.
File Upload During Product Selection:
- POS users can attach files directly to products by clicking the upload button in the order line, all necessary documents are readily associated with selected items.
Backend File Access and Management:
- Admins can view uploaded order files in the backend, access them via the attachment tab, and download or remove files as needed for review and record-keeping.
Flexible File Removal:
- Files uploaded can be removed from the order line or payment screen according to POS user preference, providing flexibility in document management.
Seamless Integration with POS:
- The app integrates smoothly with the existing POS workflow, allowing POS users to order records without disrupting sales activities.

POS Attach File with Order Workflow
- Go to point of sale.
- First, choose the product from the POS screen. Then, click the upload button to attach the relevant files.
- Upload files will appear next to the product and be removed from the order line according to your preferences.
- Use the upload with order tab to upload your files, and remove them as needed based on your preferences on the POS payment screen.
- Navigate to POS -> Orders
- The admin can access uploaded order files in the backend, with the added option to upload more files through the attachments tab. They can also download files for review and remove any unnecessary ones as preferred. Order line files are accessible for download in the backend.

Upload Button
Start by selecting the product from the POS screen. Afterward, upload order line files by clicking on the upload button for attachment.


Upload Order Line Files
Clicking the upload button results in uploaded files appearing with the products and their removal from the order line based on POS user preferences. This keeps the order management view clear and intuitive.
Upload With Order Tab
Clicking the upload with order tab displays the uploaded files along with their file names. Additionally, these files will be removed based on your specified preferences.

Navigate to POS and select Orders to allow the admin to view uploaded order files in the backend. The admin also has the option to upload additional files through the attachments tab.
