POS Bank Cheque Details Workflow
- Go to POS -> Configuration -> Bill and Receipt Column.
- Enable the checkbox to collect bank cheques.
- Enable the checkbox if you want to print the cheque details on the POS receipt.
- Go to Configuration -> Payment methods -> Bank.
- Enable the checkbox to enter check details.

General
POS Configuration Settings
Navigate to POS and select Configuration settings, then go to the Bill and Receipts column. Enable the option to collect bank cheques and turn on the display of cheque information on receipts. This allows cheque details to be clearly shown for each transaction.
Payment Methods
To enable cheque details for payments, go to Configuration and select Payment Method. Choose the payment method you want and turn on the cheque details.
Cheque Information Popup
During the payment process, a popup will show cheque details for the transaction. POS Users can complete the required fields with cheque information. This feature optimizes the accuracy of cheque payment records.
POS Receipt
Details of the cheque payment are displayed on the POS receipt.
POS Order Payment Details
The backend provides complete payment information for POS orders.
