Multi-Auditorium Management:
- Admins can create and manage multiple auditoriums through the backend, each with a unique seating plan defined by the number of rows and columns based on available seats.
Intuitive POS Interface:
- The POS user can select the desired show, date, and time with ease. \A seat selection window based on the auditorium's seating plan is displayed, making the booking process simple.
Dynamic Seating Plans:
- The app allows the creation of detailed seating plans where rows can be assigned different pricing tiers, enabling premium and economy seating options suitable for various events.
Seamless Seat Selection:
- Customers can select their preferred seats visually from the seating plan, allowing for accurate seat allocation and avoiding double bookings during the transaction process.
Efficient Payment Processing:
- Once the seat selection is confirmed, the POS user can process payments smoothly, supporting various payment methods for customer convenience.
Product Integration for Shows:
- Easily create shows directly from the products section, assigning specific dates and times while allocating the corresponding auditorium automatically.

- Admins can set specific showtimes associated with respective auditoriums, organize scheduling, and management of events.
Booking and Reservation Workflow
- Create a new auditorium. Navigate to Backend PoS -> Make my Show tab -> Auditorium Define the rows and columns available section-wise in the auditorium. Define the price for each section.
- Create multiple show times. Navigate to Backend PoS -> Make my Show tab -> Showtime Select the Auditorium and set the show time.
- Create a new product, movie, or show like a normal product. Mark the "Is Show Booking" checkbox to avail of all the options. Check "available in POS", and set the category as shows for ease of use. Under the Make My Show tab, Select the date and time for the movie. Save the product.
- Open the PoS session. Set the "Shows" category so that the user can easily view available shows. Select the date and time. Select the seats as chosen by the customer. Checkout by paying through PoS.
- The admin can see the related order created on the backend.

General
Create Auditorium
Navigate to POS, then select MakeMyShow and go to Auditorium to create a new auditorium. Enter the name of the auditorium and enable the 'Is Auditorium Ready' option. Next, define the seat formation section-wise within the auditorium setup. Finally, set the sale price for each seating section to complete the configuration.
Auditorium List
The auditorium list view in POS MakeMyShow shows all configured auditoriums. This helps you monitor and edit details for each auditorium.
Show Time
Access the POS, then MakeMyShow to navigate to Show Time and click New. Here, create multiple show timings by assigning each to the appropriate auditorium. Set the specific show time for all entries.
Show Time List
Global show times have been set up with corresponding auditoriums assigned to each. This provides clarity and organization for managing upcoming events.
Create A New Show
Enable the 'Is Show Booking' feature to facilitate the creation of show products. This setting is essential for managing event bookings effectively.
Setting Up Product Requirements in POS
Navigate to the Sales tab on the product page to assign a POS product category. Select 'Shows' for the newly created product to categorize it correctly.
Make My Show Tab
For the newly created product, assign the date and show time to keep everything organized. Configure shows in the backend and set the appropriate settings for the POS booking screen.

The POS displays all created shows clearly for easy access. Organizing shows by category enhances the user experience for efficient navigation.
Make My Show On POS
The POS user will select the date after the customer has chosen their desired show. This step allows for accurate scheduling of the selected performance.
Date Is Selected
Once the date is selected, the POS user will then choose the appropriate showtime. This step allows for accurate scheduling for the customer.
Seat Selection Section Wise
The seating layout is presented in blocks, with highlighted selected seats for clarity. This makes it easy for customers to see their chosen seating options.
POS Booking Screen Summary
The POS booking screen provides a summary of the selected seats for booking. This overview helps customers confirm their choices before finalizing the transaction.
Added To Cart
The selected POS shows are now added to the cart.
Payment Successful
A ticket has been generated after the payment has been completed.
Shows Booking
View the list of all booked shows here.
Already Booked Seat
A booking has already been made for the customer by the POS user. Check the booking information for any necessary updates.
Assigned Auditorium
After selecting the date, the POS user can choose the showtime with the assigned auditorium. This allows for accurate scheduling of events.
Booked Seat
All disabled seats have been booked and are not available. This information is important for managing accessible seating options.
Booking Details In Cart
Check the cart for the booking details of the POS shows. This feature provides clarity on the selections made for the purchase.
POS Receipt
Booking details for the show ticket are included on the receipt, showing important information like the date and seat selection.
