POS Reorder

The POS Reorder app is for easy restocking products directly from the Point of Sale system. POS users can select customers from a list, use the three-line icon to access the reorder option, and quickly add previously ordered products back to their POS cart. This functionality displays the selected customer's name in the search bar and presents a list of paid orders, including detailed order information. POS users can view product details, reorder items efficiently, and improve operational workflow by minimizing manual input.

POS Reorder Features

Reorder Products Popup:

  • Displays product details alongside a reorder button for individual products, making it simple to add selected items back to the cart.

Order Retrieval and Display:

  • Displays the paid order list and respective details, providing a clear overview of previous purchases for the selected customer.

Simplified Reordering Process:

  • Once a POS user clicks the reorder symbol, all previously ordered products are automatically added back to the POS cart.

Easy Customer Selection:

  • POS users select a customer from the list, facilitating personalized reorder processes directly through the interface.

Comprehensive Product View:

  • Click the view icon to access detailed product information, featuring a reorder button for easy restocking of each item.

POS Reorder Workflow

  • Go to Point Of Sale.
  • The POS user selects a customer from the list and clicks the three-line icon to choose the reorder option.
  • Click on the reorder symbol after selecting any order to add products back to the cart.
  • Tap the view icon to display the popup for reordering products.
  • Choose one product and click the reorder button to add it back to your cart.
  • Click the reorder button in the popup for bulk reordering of products.

Reorder Option

First, select a customer from the list to access reordering. Then, click the three-line icon to choose the reorder option and proceed.

Paid Orders List

Show the name of the selected customer in the search bar for easy identification. Display the paid order list along with all relevant POS order details.

Reorder Symbol

By selecting an order and clicking the reorder symbol, all listed products will be added back to the POS cart.

POS Order Cart

Once you click the reorder symbol, all items from past orders are instantly added back to the POS cart. This ensures efficient inventory management and quick restocking.

View Icon

Click the view icon to see the full details.

Reorder Products Popup

By clicking the view icon, you can display the reorder products popup, featuring details and reorder buttons for each item. To reorder a specific product, select it and click the reorder button for that item.

POS Cart

The selected product is now added to the cart for reorder. This facilitates easy restocking.

Reorder Button For Bulk

Click the reorder button to initiate a bulk reorder of products in the reorder products popup. This action allows for efficient restocking of multiple items at once.

Cart

The included products are now in the cart following the bulk reorder button click.
