POS Signature for Odoo allows capturing customer and cashier signatures directly within the Point of Sale during order processing. The signatures can be displayed on receipts, providing clear proof of transaction and approval. The app offers flexible configuration to enable customer, cashier, or both signatures, and lets you decide where the signature option appears (Product Screen or Payment Screen) based on your workflow. All captured signatures are securely stored in the backend with each order, making verification simple and reliable. POS Signature Features
POS Signature Configuration:
- Configure signature settings easily. Enable customer and/or cashier signatures, choose receipt visibility, and set capture location (Product Screen or Payment Screen).
Flexible Signature Placement:
- Decide where signatures appear in POS. Use Product Screen for quick access or Payment Screen for final confirmation.
Customer Signature Capture:
- Capture customer signatures using a digital pad with options to save, clear, or discard during order processing.
Cashier Signature Capture:

POS Signature Workflow
- Configure signature settings from POS (enable customer, cashier, or both signatures).
- Select signature display location (Product Screen or Payment Screen).
- Start a POS session and create a new order.
- Capture customer signature using the signature pad during order processing.
- Capture cashier signature for internal verification.
- Save or clear signatures before proceeding with the order.
- Complete payment after capturing required signatures.
- Automatically print both signatures on the POS receipt.

General
POS Signature Configuration
Select the POS shop to configure signature settings. Enable customer and cashier signatures during order processing, choose to display them on the receipt, and select where the signature option appears in the POS (None, Payment Screen, or Product Screen).
Signature on Product Screen
When the Product Screen option is selected in the configuration, Customer and Cashier Signature options are available on the product page for easy access during order creation.
Customer Signature Capture
Click on Customer Signature to open the signature pad, where the customer can draw and save their signature.
Signature on Receipt
After saving the signature and completing the payment, the signature will be displayed on the receipt.
View Customer Signature in Backend
Open the created order in the backend to view and verify the customer signature in the order details.
Cashier Signature Capture
Select the Cashier Signature option to open the signature pad and capture the cashier's signature.
Cashier Signature on Receipt
After saving the signature and completing the payment, the cashier's signature will be displayed on the receipt.
View Cashier Signature in Backend
Open the created order in the backend to view and verify the cashier's signature in the order details.
Signature on Payment Screen
When the Payment Screen option is selected in the configuration, Customer and Cashier Signature options are available on the payment screen.
Both Signatures on Receipt
If both Customer and Cashier signatures are captured, they will be displayed on the receipt after payment.
View Both Signatures in Backend
Open the respective order in the backend to review and verify both customer and cashier signatures within the order details.
