Website Product Inquiry Features
Pre-Sale Inquiry Form:
- Customers can submit inquiries with details like name, email, subject, and message, including file attachments.
Customizable Page Elements:
- Admins can hide or show product inquiry buttons and other product details on shop and product pages.
Admin Controls:
- Admins can enable or disable the add-to-cart button for products, managing visibility as needed.

Website Product Inquiry Workflow
- 1. Create a new product inquiry type Go to Website -> Configuration -> Product Inquiry
- 2. For general configurations: Go to Website -> Configuration
- 3. To check new messages: Go to Website -> Configuration -> Manage Query

Website Configuration
Access the Product Inquiry by navigating to Website -> Configuration -> and selecting Query Type.

Create a new Product Inquiry Type by navigating to Website -> Configuration -> Product Inquiry.
Configuration Settings
Manage product inquiry options by enabling or disabling them.


Shop Page
Display the inquiry symbol on the Shop Page for product inquiries.

Configuration Settings

My Wishlist
After enabling 'Hide Add to Cart' and 'Hide Price' on the wishlist, the price and 'Add to Cart' buttons will be hidden.

All selected inquiries are in the processing status.

Inquiry details are available in the manage query section.

The admin received an email regarding the submitted inquiry.

Go to Settings > Technical > Emails to manage email configurations.
