Pre-Sale Inquiry Form:

  • Customers can submit inquiries with details like name, email, subject, and message, including file attachments.

Customizable Page Elements:

  • Admins can hide or show product inquiry buttons and other product details on shop and product pages.

Admin Controls:

  • Admins can enable or disable the add-to-cart button for products, managing visibility as needed.

Access the Product Inquiry by navigating to Website -> Configuration -> and selecting Query Type.

Create a new Product Inquiry Type by navigating to Website -> Configuration -> Product Inquiry.

Configuration Settings

Manage product inquiry options by enabling or disabling them.

Shop Page

Display the inquiry symbol on the Shop Page for product inquiries.

Complete your product inquiry information and submit the form.

Display a thank you popup after form submission.

Show the product inquiry button and click to initiate your inquiry.

Enable the product inquiry button on the product and shop pages; hide the 'Add to Cart' button and price from both pages.

Enable Additional Options in Product Inquiry Settings.

My Wishlist

After enabling 'Hide Add to Cart' and 'Hide Price' on the wishlist, the price and 'Add to Cart' buttons will be hidden.

Configuration Settings

Enable the product inquiry button on product and shop pages while hiding product attributes and the quantity selection field.

Product Page

After activating the hide settings, the quantity section and product attributes will not appear.

The Multi-Inquiry icon allows you to inquire about multiple items at once.

Complete the Inquiry fields and then select 'Submit' to send.

Show a thank-you message in a pop-up after submitting an inquiry.

My Inquiry; Status List

All selected inquiries are in the processing status.

The communication box provides an overview of multi-inquiry details.

Inquiry details are available in the manage query section.

Email Received On Manage Query

The admin received an email regarding the submitted inquiry.

Go to Settings > Technical > Emails to manage email configurations.
