User Sale Discount Limit Workflow
- Odoo ERP lets you make users for its sales apps, like salespeople or sales managers.
- The admin can set a maximum discount for salespeople on orders or quotations in the Sales App.
- To add a user, Navigate to Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users.
- Select the User you want to apply the discount % to. Open the Sales Discount Limit tab, enter your value, and update the user.
- For Bulk Action, Navigate to Sales App -> Configuration -> User Limit -> Create Rule.
- Select multiple users at once through the checkbox, and update the rule. All the selected users will be updated with the specified rule.
- Now, if the user tries to enter a value at par with the mentioned value in the rule, the system will deny the access.
- If the condition matches, the system will grant access.

General
Sales User for a Company
Navigate to Settings and choose Users & Companies, then click on Users to see the list of Internal Sales Users.
User Wise Discount % Setup
To apply a discount percentage, choose the user you wish to adjust. Navigate to the Sales Discount Limit tab to enter the discount value. Each admin can set unique discount percentages for individual users. An error message can also be specified for each user to enhance clarity.
Apply the same Rule to Bulk Users at Once
Navigate to the Sales App, select Configuration, and click on User Limit to create a new rule. This rule can be applied to bulk users, simplifying the management process.
Select Multiple Users
Select users by checking the boxes next to their names to handle multiple accounts at once.
Bulk Action Completed
Bulk assignments of multiple users to the same rule have been completed. You can also choose to cancel the rule at any time.
