Viva Payment Provider Configuration
Navigate to Website -> Configuration -> Payment Providers to view the Viva Payment Provider listed in Odoo.
Configure Viva API Credentials
Open the Viva Payment Provider to enter and configure the required API and merchant credentials for secure integration with Odoo.
Enable Viva Payment Method
Navigate to Payment Methods and enable Viva from the configuration settings to make it available during checkout.
Select Viva at Checkout
Customers can select Viva as the preferred payment method from the checkout page to complete the purchase securely.
Secure Card Payment Processing
On the Viva payment page, customers can enter their card details and confirm the payment securely.
Automatic Sales Order Creation
After successful payment completion, the corresponding sales order is automatically created in Odoo.
Track Payment Transactions
Users can view transaction details, payment references, and current payment status from Payment Transactions.
View Viva Transaction Information
An additional option is available in Payment Transactions to access detailed Viva transaction information.

The Sales Transactions section in Viva displays all transaction records, including transactions generated from Odoo.
Access Payment Information
Opening a validated transaction allows users to view complete payment information and transaction details.
Initiate Refund Process
Click the highlighted Payment Transaction from the invoice to access payment details and proceed with the refund process.
Process Refund Transaction
Open the refund wizard, review the transaction details, and click Refund to complete the refund process.
Review Refund Details
After processing the refund, users can open the Payment Transaction record to review the updated Viva refund details.
Refund Status Synchronization
Inside Viva, the refund status is updated successfully, and the processed refund is reflected in the transaction details.
View Refund Information
Opening a validated transaction allows users to view detailed refund information and related transaction details.
Generate Payment Link
After creating a sales order, navigate to the Action menu and select Generate a Payment Link to proceed.
Create and Copy Payment Link
Generate the payment link from the wizard, then copy and share the link to proceed with payment collection.
Complete Payment Using Viva
Open the generated payment link in a new tab and select Viva as the payment method to complete the transaction securely.
Initiate Partial Refund
After successful payment, users can initiate a refund and enter a lower refund amount when required.
Track Partial Refund Transactions
Inside Viva, refunded transactions are updated in the transaction list, including partial refunds for amounts lower than the original payment value.
