Payment Options:
- Offer various payment systems, including full payment, partial down payments, and flexible percentages ranging from 50% to 100%, letting customers choose their payment method.
Countdown Timer:
- Add a timer on product pages showing the remaining time for pre-order availability, which can be styled with circle or square tiles and customizable colors.
Global and Specific Configuration:
- Admins can apply global configurations to all pre-order products or override them with specific settings on individual product pages for tailored control.
Customizable Pre-Order Labels:
- Create and display clear labels on product and shop pages, with customizable text and color options to match your site's theme.
Configurable Purchase Quantity:
- Set minimum and maximum purchase quantities for pre-order products to effectively manage customer demand.
Total Pre-Order Quantity Management:
- Define the total units available for pre-order to maintain inventory control and manage customer expectations.
Website Pre-Order Pro Workflow
- Navigate to Website -> Configurations -> Settings -> Pre-order tab.
- Please note that these are global pre-order settings.
- Fill in the required pre-order settings like availability date, pre-order button text, timer settings and design, quantity limits, payment rule, etc.
- To enable any product for pre-order, go to the product page.
- Check the "Can be Pre-order" button. Go to the pre-order tab.
- If you want to override the global configurations, fill in specific values for this product.
- Save the settings.
- Check on the front end to see the changes.
- To view reports of pre-ordered products and notify me of form submissions, go to Website-> e-Commerce tab-> Pre-orders/Notify.

General
Pre-order/Advance Booking
On the product page, customers can view information regarding preorders and advance booking options. This feature allows for better access to reserving items before they are in stock.
Configuration Setting
Enter the minimum and maximum purchase quantities for each order to set clear limits. Input the total preorder booking quantity for the product to track demand. Customize the preorder button by selecting a background and text color that stands out. Additionally, enable the timer display on both the product and shop pages, allowing customers to see an available date for preordering.
Configuration Setting Of Pre-Order Booking
Choose one of the three payment types: full, partial, or dynamic payment for your order. Enter the preorder policy on the product page to inform customers, along with customized label text and background colors. Additionally, select a timer design and enable a cart page message with your chosen theme.
Configuration Settings For Notify Me Form
Customize the form by enabling checkboxes according to your specific preferences.
Preorder Product Wise Setting
To set up preorder products, first enable the 'Can Be Preorder' checkbox. You can also enable the option to override any default preorder settings. If a product has its preorder configuration, you can save it directly from the product page.
Payment Type: Full Payment
The preorder view on the product page shows availability along with a countdown timer. This feature helps customers know how much time is left to place their orders. The payment type for these preorders is set to full payment.
Payment Type: Partial Payment
The calculation for partial preorder bookings is displayed on the product page. This allows customers to understand their upfront payment amount and the total cost. This feature improves clarity for the preorder process.
Payment Type: Dynamic Payment
Preorder booking allows customers to select from a dynamic price range for a product. This flexible pricing helps cater to different customer needs. Customers can easily choose the price that suits their budget.
Add Preorder Item In Cart
Preorder products are added to the cart with a dynamic price selected by the customer. This allows customers to choose their preferred pricing option during checkout.
Payment Information
Finish the payment process for your preorder booking.
Preorders List
In the My Account section, customers can see their list of preorder bookings along with product details. They can also make payments easily by clicking the Pay Due button.
Installment
The second payment can be completed through partial or dynamic payment booking methods. This feature gives you the flexibility to manage your payments easily.
Product Preorder In Backend
Admins have a separate order list for product preorder bookings. This feature helps in efficiently managing and tracking all preorder transactions.
Shop Page View
In the shop view, preorder items are highlighted with a timer. This allows customers to track the remaining time to complete their preorders.
Notification Form
Customers can subscribe to preorder products to receive notifications when they become available. This helps keep them informed about restock dates.
Notify Details
A separate notify details list and Kanban view are available for admins to see customer preorder subscriptions.
Orders Details
Access the order detail list in the backend for detailed transaction information.
