Add Manual Credit from Backend
Backend users can add a manual credit amount for any customer and update the customer's available wallet balance.
Add or Update Website Credit
Manage customer credit amounts from the website flow and keep the customer's credit balance updated after approval.
Pay Using Credit Payment Method
Customers can select the Credit Payment option during checkout and pay website orders using their credit balance.
View Credit and Payment History
Easily view customer credit history and credit payment history, including used amount and remaining balance details.
Customer Website Balance Recharge
Customers can add balance directly from the website by entering an amount and completing the recharge process.
Allow Payment Above Credit Balance
Enable selected customers to place orders with the credit payment method even when the order total is more than their available credit balance.
Configure Credit Payment Provider
Users can enable and publish the Credit Payment provider so customers can use approved credit during website checkout.
Manage Customer Credit Records
The Credit menu gives backend users quick access to customer credit amounts and credit details, making it easy to review approved balances, approval dates, and customer credit status.
Approve Manual Customer Credit
Backend users can create a credit amount for any customer, enter the balance to be added, and approve it before it becomes available in the customer’s credit wallet.
Update Customer Credit Balance
From the Credit Details list, users can quickly adjust a customer’s credit balance or create the update with an accounting entry for proper payment tracking.
View Customer Credit on Contact Form
A customer’s available credit balance is shown directly on the contact form, so sales users can quickly check wallet credit while managing customer details.
Review Credit and Payment History
The Customer Credit Details tab keeps both credit update history and credit payment history in one place, helping users track added credit, used credit, remaining balance, payment reference, and sale order details.
View Website Credit Balance
Customers can open the Credit page on the website to see their available credit balance and use the Add Credit Balance button when they want to recharge their wallet.

After click on button customer can easily add credit balance from here.
Approve Website Credit Requests
When a customer adds balance from the website, a credit amount record is created in the backend. The user can review the requested amount and approve it to add the balance to the customer wallet.
Pay Website Orders with Credit
Customers can select the Credit Payment method during checkout and pay the order using their available customer credit balance.
View Used Credit Details
The Debit Details tab shows how much credit was used by the customer, when it was used, the remaining credit balance, and the related sale order.
Show Error for Insufficient Credit Balance
If the customer is not allowed to pay more than their available credit balance, the order is not validated and a clear error message appears when the credit amount is lower than the order total.
Allow Credit Payment Above Balance
Backend users can enable this option on the customer’s Sales & Purchase tab to let that customer pay with Credit Payment even when the order amount is higher than the available credit balance.
Confirm Order with Credit Payment
After Allow Credit Payment is enabled for the customer, the order can be confirmed successfully even when the order total is greater than the available credit balance.
Track Negative Credit Balance
When a customer is allowed to pay more than the available credit balance, the Debit Details tab records the used credit amount and shows the remaining balance as negative after payment.
