From seat selection to payments, our Website Online Booking module streamlines the entire event reservation process.

Venue Layout Management

Navigate to Event → Configuration → Venue Layout.

Click on the New button to create a customized venue layout,Add Venue Name & Click on "Open on Website" to visually design and arrange seats (stadium, auditorium, bus, hall, etc.).

The Layout Canvas Screen provides a visual editor to design and customize your venue setup:- Upload SVG Layout directly into the canvas for accurate seat mapping

Visually Adjust Seats — modify seat counts, spacing, rows, and orientations in real-time.

Define seat categories VIP, Regular, Balcony, etc.

On the Layout Canvas Screen, you can easily verify whether seat numbers are properly assigned. Click on the “Eye (Show/Hide)” button to toggle seat number visibility.

If seat numbers are set, moving the cursor over a seat will display its assigned number.

On the Layout Canvas Screen, organizers can enhance their venue design with custom shapes,Click on the “Shapes” button in the toolbar.Choose from different shapes (e.g., rectangle, circle, stage area, pathways, or blocks).

The Draw Tool lets organizers sketch and annotate directly on the Layout Canvas. Click on the “Pencil” icon to activate drawing mode.Select Brush Type,Choose Color to highlight or differentiate sections. Adjust Brush Width for thin lines or bold strokes.

Organizers can customize the overall look and feel of the Layout Canvas. Click on the “Settings” button in the toolbar. Choose the Canvas Background Color for better visibility.Adjust the Canvas Size/Dimensions to fit your venue layout requirements.Also add text click on text button.

On the Layout Canvas Screen, you can export or save your venue layout with ease.Click on the Downward Arrow icon to download the layout.Select the desired image type (e.g., PNG, JPEG, SVG).The layout will be instantly downloaded to your system.Click on the Right Arrow (Save) icon to save the layout locally within the system.Saved layouts can be reused across multiple events.

Click on the Cancel button to clear the entire canvas.This action removes all shapes, drawings, seat arrangements, and customizations from the layout. Use this when you want to start fresh without saving the current design.

Go to the Event Page in the system. Under Configuration, click on Venue Layout. From the available list, select your desired layout (previously created or uploaded).

From the backend event configuration, you can add ticket details, communication templates, and attendee questions that will be displayed on the website. Add Tickets,Define ticket types (e.g., VIP, Regular, Early Bird). Set pricing, availability dates, and seat limits.Tickets will be visible on the website for attendees to select during booking.

Configure confirmation emails, reminders, and notifications.Set custom email/SMS templates to engage attendees before and after the event.

Add custom questions (e.g., Name, Email). Questions appear on the booking page and can be made optional or mandatory. Responses are stored in the backend for organizer access.

Go to the Website module, Click on Events and open the event you want to make live. Review details like Venue Layout, Tickets, Communication, and Questions. Click on the Publish button to make the event visible on your website. Once published, visitors can view the event, select tickets, answer questions, and complete the booking online.

Example Venue Layouts, The kitchen booking layout features 5 tables, each surrounded by 5 chairs, designed for efficient space utilization. This setup allows organized seating and easy table-wise booking for diners.

"Live Music Festival" Venue layout includes VIP and Standard seating. Ticket price updates automatically based on seat category selection.

The conference room booking layout provides a stage area with a central presentation space and rows of chairs arranged in front for attendees. Tables and seating can be configured flexibly to support meetings, seminars, and events.

The round cricket stadium booking layout centers on the main pitch with circular seating tiers all around. Seats are arranged in blocks and numbered, making it easy to manage reservations and assign sections for events.

The movie theater booking layout includes a front-facing screen with rows of chairs arranged in a tiered pattern. Each seat is numbered, allowing customers to easily select and reserve seats for shows.

Bus Booking seat layout. Passengers can select window, aisle, or sleeper seats.

Concert / Music Event, Stage-focused layout with Front Row, Balcony, and General seating. Category-based pricing for premium experiences.

Football Game Stadium seating with Ground, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor arrangements. Supports bulk seat allocation for groups/fans.

Show / Theatre Booking, Theatre-style arrangement with Box, Balcony, and Regular seats. Perfect for drama, movies, or cultural events.

Full Page Ticket Prints on A4/Letter size. Includes event details, venue layout snippet (optional), seat number, and QR/Barcode for entry. Suitable for formal events, concerts, or conferences.

Badge Ticket Layout Compact, badge-style design for easy carrying. Displays attendee name, ticket type, seat, and QR/Barcode. Ideal for festivals, exhibitions, or workshops where attendees wear badges.

List Page Ticket Prints on A4/Letter size. Includes event details, seat number, and QR/Barcode for entry. Suitable for formal events, concerts, or conferences.

Every ticket sold through the Online Booking System is automatically recorded in the backend. Admins can view complete details including-Ticket type (VIP, Standard, etc.). Attendee information,Seat number,Payment status & transaction details,Event linked to the ticket. Tickets can be filtered, exported, or reprinted directly from the backend. This ensures real-time tracking of sales and simplifies reporting for event organizers.
