In the Payment Transaction view, action buttons are available to confirm or cancel the payment. Once the payment is collected from the customer, you can manually confirm the payment transaction for accurate record-keeping.

After collecting cash from the customer and confirming the payment transaction, the invoice status
will be updated to Paid.
Note: The post-payment process is executed via a scheduled cron job, so the status update may take
10 to 15 minutes.
