This app enables customers and vendors / (portal users) to securely log in to the 'My Account' portal on your website, view their complete payment history, print payment receipts in PDF format, and also receive receipts directly via email, fully illustrated in the screenshots below.
Module Overview
This module allows customers and vendors / (portal users) to securely log in to the My Account portal on your website, where they can view and print their payment receipts. Additionally, they can receive these receipts directly via email for convenient record keeping.
After logging in, Customers and Vendors / (Portal Users) can:
- View a complete list of their payments incoming (from customers) and outgoing (to vendors).
- Access detailed payment information, including dates, amounts, and payment references.
- Print official payment receipts in PDF format for record keeping or compliance.
- Receive payment receipts via email by clicking the "Get Receipt via Email" button.
- View a confirmation message once the email has been successfully sent.
- Receive the payment receipt as a PDF attachment in their registered email inbox.
- Customer and Vendor (portal user) Login to "My Account" Portal.
- Customers and Vendors / (portal users) can view the Payment Receipts menu from the portal.
- Display a list of payment receipts for both Customers and Vendors / (portal users).
- Customers and Vendors / (portal users) can print their payment receipts from the portal.
- Option to email payment receipt by clicking the "Get Receipt via Email" button.
- Portal displays a confirmation message when the receipt is sent via email.
- Customers and Vendors / (portal users) receive the payment receipt directly via email.
- Payment receipt is sent as a PDF attachment in the email.
