1. Customer Portal for RMA Requests
   • Customers can create RMA return orders for products directly by logging into your website’s customer portal.
2. Sales Order Integration
   • Customers can navigate to a sales order and click the "Return" button to initiate a return for an item or product.
   • The system generates a return order (RMA Order) in the backend, which is managed by your sales team.
3. Customer RMA Tracking
   • Customers can view the list of their RMA orders in the portal after submitting a return request.
4. Specify Return Reasons
   • Customers can provide a return reason when submitting an RMA request for a product.
5. RMA Workflow Management
   • A structured workflow for return orders in the backend ensures clarity: Draft > Confirm > Approve > Return.
   • New RMA requests are automatically set to the "Draft/New" stage.
6. Inventory Return Pickings
   • The inventory team can process return pickings directly from delivery orders (Odoo standard feature).
7. Single and Multiple Product Returns
   • Supports single product/item returns per RMA order.
   • For multiple sales order lines or products in a single RMA order, use the Website Request Return RMA Odoo app .
8. RMA and Sales Order Linkage
   • RMA orders are linked with their corresponding sales orders when initiated by customers through the portal.
9. Customer Smart Button
   • A smart button on the customer form displays all related RMA orders for easy tracking.
10. Printable RMA Reports
    • Generate and print detailed RMA PDF reports for better documentation and tracking.
