Choose the Customer Account

Go to Website Settings, Choose Customer Account as Free sign up, Enable Signup Approval and add attachment types.

Create Login Request

After completed the signup form click on the signup button.An approval request is generated.

Open the Form Page We can See the Request Accept and Reject Button.

How to make it so a new user is not forced to attach anything?

I would like the user to be able to self register without uploading any file.

Currently, the app does not support generating a sign-up request without uploading any file. We will try to include your suggestion in the next update.
