Why Video Upload?
Because your videos deserve to look exactly as you made them.
YouTube and Vimeo force every video into a 16:9 player. If your content is square, vertical, or any non-standard ratio, you get ugly black bars on the sides. On top of that, external players add branding, titles, channel names, and suggested videos you can’t control.
This module adds an Upload Video tab directly inside Odoo’s media dialog — the same panel you already use for images, documents, and icons. Upload an MP4, WebM, or OGG file and it plays natively in an HTML5 <video> tag that respects the file’s original aspect ratio. No iframes, no third-party scripts, no branding overlays.
