WhatsApp AI for Sales
Send Sales Orders and quotations to your customers on WhatsApp, straight from Odoo. A bridge for the WhatsApp AI Suite (official Meta Cloud API, BYOK + AI auto-reply).
⚠️ Companion add-on — requires the WhatsApp AI Suite. This module only adds a "Send on WhatsApp" button to Sales Orders; it does not work on its own. You must also install WhatsApp AI Suite (whatsapp_ai), which provides the WhatsApp Cloud API connection and AI. This add-on installs automatically when both Sales and the WhatsApp AI Suite are present, and is free.
What It Does
This add-on adds a "Send on WhatsApp" button to the Sales Order. It opens the WhatsApp composer pre-filled with the customer's number, so you can send the quotation as a free-form message (within the 24-hour window) or as an approved template. It requires the WhatsApp AI Suite (whatsapp_ai), which connects WhatsApp through the official Meta Cloud API with your own credentials (BYOK) and an optional AI auto-reply using your own provider (Claude, OpenAI, DeepSeek, and more).
