Automated Messaging

Message Logging

Keep a clear, organized record of all sent WhatsApp messages and their statuses within Odoo for easy tracking and auditing.

Bulk Messaging

Instead of sending the same message individually, you can broadcast it to multiple contacts or customer groups at the same time.

Real‑time Status

Monitor your WhatsApp connection status directly from Odoo settings, ensuring you're always connected and ready to communicate.

Dynamic Content

Personalize messages using dynamic data from your Odoo records (e.g., customer name, order number, product details).

How It Works

Our Odoo WhatsApp Integration simplifies your communication workflow in a few easy steps.

Step 1:
Connect your WhatsApp by scanning the QR code in Odoo settings → Linked Devices.
Step 2:
Configure message templates for Sales Orders, Shipping Updates, Lead Follow-ups, etc.
Step 3:
Send messages directly from Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, CRM Leads, or Stock Pickings.
Step 4:
Track communication — all messages are logged with delivery status in Message logs history.
