Send WhatsApp messages from Odoo, automatically.
Connect Odoo to your Whinta account and send WhatsApp Business messages (text, approved Meta templates, and media) straight from Contacts, Sales Orders, or any Automation Rule. Powered by Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API.
What you get
Automate on any event
A ready-made "Send WhatsApp via Whinta" server action drops into any Automation Rule. Fire an order confirmation, a delivery update, or a lead follow-up the moment the record changes. No code required.
Send manually too
A "Send a Message" wizard lets your team send a one-off text, template, or media message to any number in seconds.
Text, templates, and media
Plain text, approved Meta templates with variable substitution, and image / video / document / audio messages are all supported.
Two-minute setup
Paste your Whinta API token in Settings, click Test Connection, done.
Requirements
- A Whinta account with an active WhatsApp Business connection.
- A Whinta API token (Whinta > Developer Tools > Access Tokens).
Data & privacy
When you send a message, this module transmits the recipient's phone number and the message content to the Whinta API over HTTPS, authenticated with the API token you provide. No data is sent anywhere else. See the Whinta privacy policy.
