Adding widget of Google MAP to your Form View
Allow you to add Google Map view to your form to be able to save your location
This module creates a widget for Google Maps that allows you to:
- Get your coordinates (longitude and latitude) with a button (Get My Current Coordinate).
- Create two new fields of type 'Float' with names 'provider_latitude' and 'provider_longitude'.
- Create one field of type 'Boolean' with name 'is_today' to check if your date is today or not.
- If you do not need to use the condition of 'is_today', just create the field and put the default value as True.
- In your XML file, you can create the widget using '<widget type="location_ci"/>'.
- Once you click the button (Get my current coordinate), the widget captures your longitude and latitude into your fields.
Calendar Event
you can use this widget in the Calendar Event using my module 'event_checkin' Calendar CheckIn Event for free
this is how its look in the Calendar Event in 'Location' tab.
when you click the button of 'Get My Current Coordinate' and the event is not today you will get validation.
click while the event is today you will get your location through GOOGLE MAP with map pin location and it also save your location through google map link in "Checkin Location"
