This module allows you to send sales quotations directly to your customers through WhatsApp Web. Customers receive a secure portal link where they can view quotation details, download PDF documents, and approve quotations online - all from their mobile devices or desktop browsers.

How It Works
- Add WhatsApp Number: Enter customer's WhatsApp number in contact form (format: 628123456789)
- Create Quotation: Prepare your sales quotation as usual in Odoo
- Click Send Button: Click "Send by WhatsApp" button in quotation header
- WhatsApp Opens: WhatsApp Web opens with pre-filled message and secure portal link
- Customer Receives: Customer gets message with link to view, download PDF, and approve quotation
WhatsApp Number Field
Add dedicated WhatsApp field in customer contact
The module adds a WhatsApp number field with icon in the contact form, positioned right below the phone number for easy access.
Send Quotation Button
One-click button in sale order form
A new "Send by WhatsApp" button appears in the quotation header, next to the "Send by Email" button. The button is visible only for quotations in Draft or Sent state.
Customer Portal View
Professional quotation portal for customers
Customers receive a link to Odoo's customer portal where they can:
- View complete quotation details
- Download quotation PDF
- Accept and electronically sign quotation
- Leave feedback or reject with reason
- Communicate via portal messages

FAQ
Can I use this with WhatsApp Business?
Yes! This module works with both regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business accounts.
Does it automatically send the PDF?
WhatsApp Web API does not support automatic file attachment. The module sends a secure portal link where customers can view and download the PDF.
Can I customize the message template?
The message template is in English. You can customize it by editing the _generate_whatsapp_message method in models/sale_order.py.
Is this compatible with custom SO number formats?
Yes! The module works with any sale order number format, including those with special characters like slashes.
What if customer doesn't have a WhatsApp number?
The system will show an error message asking you to add the WhatsApp number in the contact form first.
