Purchase Analytic Distribution Mass Update

This app enables you to set an analytic distribution on the Purchase Order (PO) header. Once set, it will automatically be applied to each newly created line. You can also update all existing lines with the header's analytic distribution using a single click.

Features
  • Set an analytic distribution at the PO header, which is automatically applied to newly created lines.
  • Update all line items' analytic distributions to match the header with a single click.
  • Header-level analytic distribution is visible only to users with the "Analytic Accounting" access right.
How It Works

Apply Analytic Distribution to Newly Created Lines

When you select an analytic distribution at the Purchase Order (PO) header, any newly added lines will automatically inherit that distribution in their analytic account field.

Auto-filled analytic account from PO header

Update All Line Items' Analytic Distributions

If the PO header’s analytic distribution is changed after lines have already been created, an "Update Analytic" button will appear. Clicking this will apply the updated header distribution to all existing line items.
