Sales Overdue Invoice Blocker
Automatically block sales orders and customer invoices when customers have overdue payments to protect your cash flow. This app ensures strict credit control while giving you the flexibility to define grace periods, overdue credit limits, and specific exceptions via a security bypass group.
Per-Customer Blocking
Enable or disable overdue invoice blocking individually for each customer directly from their accounting settings.
Configurable Grace Period
Set a custom grace period (in days) beyond the invoice due date. The system only blocks after the grace period expires.
Overdue Credit Limit
Optionally set a maximum overdue amount limit. Sales are allowed as long as overdue invoices stay below this threshold.
Real-Time Warning Banners
Visual alert banners on both Customer and Sale Order forms show the exact overdue invoice count and total amount.
Double-Layer Blocking
Blocks both when adding products to a quotation/invoice line and when confirming the document — no loopholes.
Multi-Company Safe
All blocking fields are company-dependent, meaning each company can configure credit limits independently in a multi-company setup.
Security Bypass Group
Assign specific managers or users a special security group to effortlessly bypass the blocking restrictions when necessary.

- Enable Blocking: Go to a Customer's profile, open the Accounting tab, and enable Sales Blocking.
- Configure Limits:
Set the Invoice Grace Period (Days) and the Overdue Credit Limit. If the overdue
credit limit is 0, any overdue amount past the grace period will block sales.

- Visual Warnings: Whenever a blocked customer is selected on a Quotation or Invoice,
a clear yellow warning banner appears showing the number of overdue invoices and the total residual
amount.

- Sale Blocking Error: An error message appears when adding products to a quotation
or confirming an already created quotation.

- Automatic Enforcement: When creating or confirming quotations, the system strictly checks the overdue amount for the document's company and blocks execution if overdue conditions are met.

If a user is assigned the Bypass Overdue Blocking security group, they will see the warning banner but the system will not block them from creating lines or confirming the document.
