Overview

The Visitor Management System (VMS) is a custom Odoo module designed to manage visitor registrations,user's appointments, approvals, check-in, and check-out processes within an organization. It provides a structured workflow for handling visitors while maintaining security, traceability, and role-based access control.There are Two Types of user,Visitor and User.Visitor need to fill registration and after finish meeting need to fill departure form.User doesn't need to fill registration they can book from appointment,but after finish the meeting they still need to fill departure form.There are Two Types of departure form. Registration and Appointment.Registration if used for visitor.Appointment is used for user. If you want to full access to system you need to change admin in user.For Excel Report You need to download report_xlsx and use in depends. This module is suitable for offices, factories, campuses, and organizations that require controlled visitor entry and exit management.
