Overview
The "Fleet Management module" in a Vehicle Rental Management System handles all aspects of rental vehicle operations. It allows users to add new rental Vehicles with details like model, pricing, and tax, manage rental extensions or replacements, and process vehicle returns. This module ensures smooth tracking and efficient handling of the rental fleet.

Configuration
- Open Fleet Management Module.
- Click 'New' to register a rental vehicle and enter the necessary details.
- Click the Rent tab and provide rental information, including extra charges and the allowed kilometers.
- Display vehicles by stage.
- Go to the "Contracts" menu to create a new contract.
- Display Contract List.
- Click 'Confirm' to finalize the contract. The Create Invoice, Pickup, Extend, and Cancel buttons will be displayed, and the Pickup button will also appear on the contract line.
- Create traffic charges, damage charges, and maintenance requests.
