1. Product Low Stock Configuration

1.1 Low Stock Notification
Turn the notification system on or off. When enabled, the system will check product stock levels and send alerts when quantities drop below the set threshold.

1.2 Quantity Type
Choose whether you want to track stock based on the On Hand Quantity (current available stock) or the Forecast Quantity (stock considering incoming and outgoing moves).

1.3 Product Quantity Check Type
Decide how stock thresholds are applied:
- Global: Use a single minimum quantity value for all products.
- Individual: Set custom minimum quantities for each product or product variant.
- Reorder Rules (Order Points): Use Odooâs built-in reorder rules to determine low stock.
2. Product & Variant Highlighting
In both Product List and Kanban Views, products and variants nearing or below their minimum stock level are automatically highlighted with a warning color. This gives you a quick, visual way to spot stock issues directly in the product listings.
3. Low Stock Email Notification with Attachment
When a low stock event is detected, the system sends an automated email alert to the configured recipients. The email includes a PDF report attachment listing all low stock products with their on-hand, forecast quantities, and required reorder amounts for quick action.
