Overview
The Pipedrive Connector module integrates Odoo CRM with Pipedrive, a leading sales pipeline management tool, to seamlessly synchronize leads, deals, contacts (persons and organizations), and stages between the two platforms. This bidirectional connector helps sales and marketing teams maintain a unified view of customer interactions, reduce duplicate data entry, and streamline sales processes across platforms.

Configuration
- Pipedrive Connector
After installing this module, we can see the application like Pipedrive Sync, Configure as per below image.

- Configure Pipedrive
Pipedrive configuration is completed. Now you can import contacts and products, leads, deals and export lead and deal, contacts by clicking a button.
- Pipedrive Products
When I click on 'Fetch Products', it will import products from Pipedrive into Odoo as per Image.
This is Pipedrive Products With Its Category and Taxes.
- Pipedrive Product Sync
When I click on 'Fetch Products', All Pipedrive Products are Import from Pipedrive into Odoo as per Image.
- Pipedrive Contact Sync
When click on 'Fetch Contacts', it will import contacts from Pipedrive into Odoo.
This is Pipedrive Contacts With its Information.
- Pipedrive Contact Sync
When click On 'Fetch Contacts', All contacts are Imported from Pipedrive Into Odoo as per Image.Imports people and organizations from Pipedrive into Odoo's Contacts.This includes names, emails, phone numbers, and any updated info.The connector matches existing records (using external IDs) to avoid duplicates, updating rather than creating new entries

When click on 'Fetch Leads', it will import leads from Pipedrive into Odoo and also update them if they already exist.This is Pipedrive Leads Attached With It's contact, Product and Organzation
- Pipedrive Leads Sync
When click On 'Fetch Leads', All Leads of Pipedrive is Imported in Odoo as per Image.
- Pipedrive Deals Sync
When click on 'Fetch Deals', it will import deals from Pipedrive into Odoo and also update them if they already exist.If the deal’s stage or contact doesn’t exist in Odoo, it will create them and then update the deal accordingly.This is Piedrive Deals Attached With It's contact, Product and Organzation
- Pipedrive Deals Sync
When click On 'Fetch Deals', All Deals of Pipedrive is Imported in Odoo as per Image.
- Odoo Deals Sync
When click on 'Export Deals', it will export deals from Odoo to Pipedrive. If the related contact or stage is not available in Pipedrive, it will first export those to Pipedrive and then export the deal.This is Odoo's CRM Deals(Opportunity).
- Odoo Deals Sync
When click on 'Export Deals', it will export Deals from odoo to Pipedrive.
- Odoo Contacts Sync
This Is Odoo's Contacts Information, Which Will exported Into the Pipedrive.
- Odoo Deals Sync
When click on 'Export Contacts', it will export Contacts from Odoo to Pipedrive.
- Odoo Leads Sync
When click on 'Export Lead', it will export lead from Odoo to Pipedrive.This is Odoo's CRM leads.

When click on 'Export leads', It will export all the CRM leads of odoo into the pipedrive.
