Connector Booking for Beds24 in Odoo
The Beds24 reservation connector allows automatically converting bookings into sales opportunities, enabling companies to manage and efficiently track reservations within Odoo CRM.
Configure Beds24 Connection
Register the inquiry accounts created in Beds24, test, and activate the connection. Configure the sales team and client.
Configure Beds24 Connection
The ability to define specific configurations for the Beds24 connection allows companies to adapt their integrations as they grow and evolve. For this, administrative users establish a connection in Odoo using the access parameters of the Beds24 API.
1. Configure the Connection with Beds24:
- Access the Configuration menu / Beds24 Connections.
- Click on the create option to bring up the connection creation form.
2. Complete the required fields:
- Connection name.
- Account APIKey in Beds24.
- PropKeys in Beds24: Specify the list of propkey access to each property
- Proxy URL: this field is optional.
Test and Activate the Connection
- Use the "Test Connection" function to verify that the connection configuration is correct.
- Confirm that the system displays a validation message indicating that the connection was successfully validated.
Activate the Connection
Once the connection has been validated, click the “Inactive / Activate” button to activate the scheduled task.
Define Sales Team and Client
Set default values for the client and sales team where opportunities should be registered.
3. To configure the default values access the section Configuration/General Options/CRM/Beds24 Opportunity.
When a new opportunity is registered from a booking, it will be created in the defined sales team and client.

Adjust Synchronization
Administrators can adjust the frequency of these automatic updates directly in the scheduled task. By managing the API connection, they can fine-tune how often reservation receptions occur. Adjusting this frequency allows the company to optimize the use of technological resources according to the level of activity and organizational needs.
When the scheduled task runs, the application retrieves the reservations registered in Beds24, obtaining up to 100 reservations per execution.
By leveraging interoperability, booking processes and invoicing are optimized, resulting in quick responses to customer inquiries with minimal effort.

Consult Bookings in the CRM
From the active connection, the system automatically searches Beds24 for new requests and registers them as new opportunities available to the sales staff.
The reservation information is integrated into the corresponding fields of the opportunity. The remaining reservation data is recorded in the internal notes of the opportunity.
The integration of reservations as opportunities in the CRM facilitates a seamless connection between Odoo and Beds24. This automation not only enhances hotel interoperability but also optimizes the management of rentals and travel, allowing for a more agile response to market demands.
Traceability
In the Internal Notes tab of the Opportunity, detailed information of the Booking is recorded.
This information is automatically recorded in the Opportunity's messaging, allowing for better internal communication and follow-up of the reservation.
