Un PMS completo para propietarios y gestores de casas, apartamentos y habitaciones. Gestiona tus alojamientos desde Odoo y recibe reservas online desde tu propia web, con un diseño moderno estilo portal de alquiler vacacional. Compatible con Odoo 17, 18 y 19 Enterprise.
Planning de ocupación de un vistazo
Vista Gantt tipo tape-chart: una fila por alojamiento y las reservas como barras sobre el calendario. Ves la ocupación de todas tus casas a la vez y arrastras para cambiar fechas.
Estados de reserva solicitud → confirmada → check-in → check-out, detección automática de solapes y generación del pedido de venta con un click.
Tu web de alojamientos, lista al instalar
Al instalar el módulo se añade a tu web una portada de alquiler vacacional: buscador, tarjetas de casas con foto, valoración y precio por noche, y sección de «cómo funciona».
Cada casa tiene su ficha pública con galería, servicios y un formulario de reserva. Cuando creas un alojamiento y lo publicas, aparece solo en la web.
