With the e-invoice regulations issued by Zakat, Tax & Customs Authority (ZATCA), Saudi Arabia, every taxable person is required to issue e-invoice. ZATCA has defined 2 phases for the implementation of the E-invoice Regulations: December 4, 2021 . Phase One or Generation Phase requires taxpayers to issue compliant e-invoices. Manually produced and paper-based invoices are no longer acceptable. January 1, 2023 . this app is not supported for odoo V18 its not working. after support they have send free app l10n_sa_edi.zip which is free with odoo app
