ZalaTech has developed an enhanced Recruitment Request Workflow Module that extends Odoo’s standard HR Recruitment features by enabling a structured, department-driven hiring request process. The module allows Department Managers to submit recruitment requests specifically for existing job positions within their department, ensuring controlled and transparent hiring needs. A built-in two-level approval workflow—Manager to Director—ensures proper authorization before any request reaches the recruitment team. Approved requests are seamlessly transferred to the HR Recruitment module for further processing. The system includes three role-based access groups—User, Manager, and Administrator—to maintain secure and well-governed operations. With department-based job position filtering and full integration with Odoo’s native recruitment functionalities, the module streamlines staffing requests and strengthens organizational hiring workflows.
