Default CC & BCC per Company
Set default CC and BCC partners in Settings > General Settings. They are applied automatically every time a user opens the email composer.
Default Reply-To Address
Configure a company-wide default Reply-To address so customer replies land in the right inbox â sales, support, or accounts â without manual entry each time.
Editable Email Composer Fields
CC and BCC fields appear directly in the email composer. Users can add, remove, or override defaults before sending â full flexibility on every message.
CC & BCC in the Chatter
Sent emails show CC and BCC recipients in the chatter thread, so your team always knows who was copied â no more guessing after the message is sent.
Delivered in Outgoing Emails
CC and BCC recipients are included in the actual outgoing email headers, so external contacts receive copies exactly as expected.
Multi-Company Ready
Each company in your Odoo database can have its own default CC, BCC, and Reply-To settings â ideal for groups running multiple brands or subsidiaries.
How to Configure
Set up in minutes â no technical knowledge required.
1. Install the Module
Go to Apps, search for 7Sisters Email Enhancement, and click Install.
2. Set Company Defaults
Open Settings > General Settings and locate the Email CC & BCC section. Add your default CC partners, BCC partners, and Reply-To address for the active company.
3. Compose Emails as Usual
When sending an email from any record, the composer opens with your defaults pre-filled. Adjust CC, BCC, or Reply-To for that specific message if needed.
4. Review in the Chatter
After sending, CC and BCC recipients are displayed in the chatter message header so the full recipient list is always visible to your team.
