Price list change automation
Automatically switch the customer price list when VAT status changesThis setting allows the user to choose one default price list for a private customer without a VAT number and another default price list for a customer with a VAT number. The change is applied automatically as soon as a VAT number is added or removed from the customer profile.

 Immediate update
The price list changes immediately when the user adds a VAT number or removes an existing VAT number.

 Specific categories only
Only the price lists defined in these two VAT-related categories are updated. All other price lists remain unchanged.

Use the Dry run button to check the impact first, then use the Update button to apply the changes.

Cart reset for pricing consistency
When the VAT status changes, the current cart is cancelled automatically.
This ensures the active price list is reloaded correctly before the order is placed.
It prevents an order from being confirmed with an outdated price list after adding or removing a VAT number.
