Configuration Requirements
To use this module, configure one of the following AI providers:
- OpenAI: An active OpenAI API account with a valid API key (for GPT-4o access)
- Ollama: A local Ollama server running on your network
After installation, navigate to Settings â General Settings â Odoo MailPilot AI to configure your preferred AI provider and API credentials.
Data & Privacy
This module respects your data privacy. Email content sent to external AI services (OpenAI) is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. When using local Ollama, all processing remains on your server. Users have full control over data sharing preferences.
