Action Wise Report
The Action Wise Report module streamlines the report printing process in Odoo by displaying only the relevant actions. It allows users to configure and limit visible report options, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient user experience.
Configuration
Navigate to settings:Make sure to activate the developers mode. Click on the "technical" tab and there you will find 'Reports'
In the ‘Reports’ subsection open any record related to ‘account.move’ and open the advanced properties.
In the advanced properties you will find a field named ‘Binding Action’ which is a many2many field with ir.actions.act_window. Here you can select the reports for which you want the particluar action to be displayed for.
Now go to Invoicing select any ir.actions.act_window. Select any record and click on print, here you will find the related ir.actions.report that you have selected.
If in any case you do not select any ir.action.report for a particular ir.actions.act_window there will be default menu item in the print.
