Configuration & How to Use
Install & Access
Once installed, navigate to Settings > Technical > Security > Field Security Rules to start securing your fields. For Reports, go to Settings > Report Designer to open the visual editor.
Configure Field Security
Create a new Rule. Select the Model (e.g., Sales Order) and Field (e.g., Cost Price). Use the Visual Domain Builder to set conditions (e.g., User Group is not Manager). Choose an action: Hide, Read-Only, or Mask.
Design a Report
Open the Report Designer. Select an existing report (like Invoice) to clone or start from scratch. Drag elements from the sidebar onto the canvas. Click any element to edit its properties (font, color, data field) in the right panel.
Test & Print
To test, go to the relevant record (e.g., a specific Invoice). Click the Action (⚙️) menu, then select Print. You will see your new report design listed there automatically.
