The AI CRM Email Generator adds a single “Generate Email” button to your CRM lead forms. One click reads the full lead context — contact details, sales stage, chatter history — and returns a ready-to-send email draft directly in Odoo’s mail composer.

How It Works
- Open any CRM lead with a contact email address.
- Click the “Generate Email” button in the lead header.
- Select a prompt template, use the default, or create your own.
- Click “Generate” — the AI reads the lead and writes the email.
- The Odoo mail composer opens pre-filled with subject and body.
- Review, adjust if needed, and hit Send.
Average generation time: 2–5 seconds
Bring Your Own API Key
This module uses your own LLM provider account — no hidden usage fees, no token quotas imposed by us. After installing, go to Settings → General Settings → OPMO Configuration and enter:
- Your preferred AI provider (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI)
- Your API key for that provider
- Optionally, a specific model name
Note: You are responsible for any costs charged by your LLM provider for API usage. The module itself does not communicate with any OPMO servers.

Requirements
- Odoo 18.0 Community or Enterprise
- The CRM and Discuss (mail) modules must be installed
- An API key from one of the supported LLM providers
- Leads must have a contact email address for the button to be active
