AI Invoice Extractor
Smart OCR module that reads supplier invoices (PDF or image) and automatically extracts vendor name, VAT, invoice number, date, and line items. Works in both Arabic and English.

The demo resets automatically every 3 hours for a clean testing environment.
How to Use
- Go to Invoicing > New.
- Click the "Extract From PDF" button at the top of the list or form view.
- Upload your supplier invoice file (PDF or image).
- Click "Extract" to analyze the invoice using the built-in OCR and parser.
- Review the extracted information:
- Vendor name & VAT number
- Invoice number & date
- Line items with quantities, prices, and taxes
- If everything looks correct, click "Apply to Bill" â a draft vendor bill will be created automatically in Odoo.
Tip: For best results, use clear invoices with readable text and standard VAT layout.
