AI Invoice Extractor for Odoo 19

Smart OCR module that reads supplier invoices in PDF or image format and automatically extracts vendor name, VAT number, invoice number, date, totals, and line items. Works with Arabic and English layouts, and runs fully on your Odoo server.

How it works (Step-by-step)

Step 1 – Empty invoice with AI button

Start from a vendor bill in Odoo and click on the AI Extract button to open the extraction wizard.

Step 2 – AI dialog (no file yet)

The AI dialog opens and waits for you to upload a PDF invoice.

Step 3 – Choose PDF invoice file

Select the PDF file from your computer. A sample file sample_invoice.pdf is included in the module for testing.

After selecting the file, confirm and start the extraction process.

Step 5 – AI preview of extracted data

The AI generates a preview of the invoice data (vendor, date, totals, and line items). You can review and edit before creating the actual bill.

Step 6 – Final vendor bill filled automatically

Once confirmed, the vendor bill in Odoo is filled automatically with the extracted data, ready to be posted.
