Why this module?

Sales and purchase teams often receive requests through informal channels: WhatsApp texts, email threads, mixed Arabic/English messages, supplier offers, customer quote requests, and incomplete product descriptions. This module captures those messages and converts them into structured Odoo records.

AI reads the message, extracts customer or vendor details, identifies requested products and quantities, classifies the document type, matches Odoo products, and creates the right draft document when automation is enabled.

WhatsApp Gateway API

Receive WhatsApp messages from any middleware or gateway using a secure token-based JSON endpoint.

Incoming Email Parsing

Use Odoo incoming mail servers and aliases to parse customer or supplier emails directly inside Odoo.

AI Document Routing

Typical Workflow
