Simply paste your content, and the wizard intelligently identifies whether it belongs to a Contact, CRM Lead, Sales Order, Purchase Order, or other supported record type.
Preview & Edit Fields
Review extracted fields with AI confidence scores, update mapped fields, edit values, or exclude unnecessary data before creating records.
Handle Duplicate Records
When a matching contact is found based on configured duplicate detection rules, you can update the existing record instead of creating a duplicate.
View Created Records
After confirmation, Smart Paste creates all required records, including related records when needed, and provides a clear summary of the results.
Multi-Record Bulk Creation

Reusable Paste Template

Use a Template in the Dialog
When templates exist, a Use a template dropdown appears in the Smart Paste dialog. Select one and the sample text is instantly loaded into the textarea, ready to analyse or edit.

Configuration
General - Enable Smart Paste
Go to Settings >> Smart Paste. The Enable Smart Paste toggle controls whether the Smart Paste button appears across all supported views. Disable it to hide the feature from all users without uninstalling the module.
AI Configuration - Provider, API Key & Model
Choose OpenAI or Google Gemini as the AI provider, enter
your API Key, and specify the exact model (e.g.
gpt-4o-mini or gemini-1.5-flash). Select
Disabled to run entirely on the built-in rule-based parser with no API key.
Behaviour - Confidence, Limits & Duplicates
Set the Confidence Threshold (fields below this % are flagged as warnings), Max Paste Length to cap AI token usage, and Duplicate Handling strategy (warn, auto-update, or always create new). Enable Auto-Apply High Confidence to pre-confirm fields above 85%.
Audit - Log Retention & Undo Window
Configure AI Log Retention (days) to automatically purge old AI prompt/response logs, and set the Undo Window (hours) - the time after record creation during which an operator can roll back the entire session with one click.
