Purchase Landed Cost helps you include additional expenses like shipping, duty, or handling into the cost of a specific product. This ensures accurate product costing.
What is Purchase Landed Cost all about?
This module is designed to simplify landed cost management by letting you assign extra expenses to individual products instead of distributing them across multiple items.

Configuration:-
Settings -> Users & companies -> Users -> Show Full Accounting Features
Settings -> Users & companies -> Users -> Show Full Accounting Features
Enable the landed cost feature from the Inventory settings.
Set the costing method to FIFO to enable landed cost application on the product.
Then, select the default split method as “By Product” on service products to apply the landed cost to a single product.
Create a new purchase order and receive the products.
Then, create a vendor bill and add the landed cost to the bill.
Select the product to which the landed cost will be applied.
You can view the value and the applied landed cost in the valuation adjustments.
