How It Works
Open the report from Accounting, configure the statement, and generate the required PDF or XLSX output.
Open the Statement Wizard
In the Accounting app, go to Reporting > AKR Statements > Customer & Vendor Statement.
Configure Statement Options
Select Customer Statement or Vendor Statement, choose one or more partners, set the date range, and enable Overdue Items Only when needed. Then choose Print PDF, Print XLSX, or Send by Email.
Generate the PDF Statement
The PDF contains partner and company information, the selected period, opening balance, transaction references, due dates, debit, credit, running balance, and closing balance.
Export the XLSX Statement
Export the statement to XLSX for further analysis, reconciliation, sharing, or archival. The spreadsheet includes statement parameters, transaction details, balances, and overdue status.
