How It Works
Streamlined workflow for efficient order transfer between call center and branches
1. Call Center Creates Order
Call center staff create orders with customer details, products, and notes. Select order type (Delivery/Reservation) and target branch.
2. Order Transfer
Orders are transferred instantly to the selected branch. Real-time WebSocket notifications alert branch staff about new orders.
3. Branch Confirmation
Branch staff review order details, confirm acceptance, and the order is automatically converted to a regular POS order for processing.
4. Order Processing
Branch processes payment and completes the order. All order history and status are tracked in the system for reporting.
