Overview
Managing royalties manually can be a tedious and error-prone process, especially for high-volume manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Royalties module takes the hassle out of your royalty management by automatically calculating and preparing royalty withdrawals the moment a production order is completed.
Seamlessly integrated with Odoo's Manufacturing (MRP), Sales, and Accounting modules, this app ensures accurate financial records and saves your accounting team hours of manual data entry.

How It Works
1. Configure Product Royalties
Navigate to the Product Template and set the desired royalty parameters. You can define the royalty amount per unit and specify the vendor/partner who should receive the royalty.
2. Process Manufacturing Orders
Proceed with your normal manufacturing workflows. Once a Manufacturing Order (MO) is marked as "Done", the system detects the finished products that are subject to royalties.
3. Automatic Accounting Entries
As soon as production is completed, the module generates a draft journal entry (or vendor bill) for the royalty withdrawal. Your accounting team simply reviews and posts the entry, maintaining strict financial compliance without the extra workload.
