Usage
To use this module ...
Partner Account Types configuration
- First, go to the Accounting menu, then the Accounting submenu, and click on the Partner Account Types option within the Management section.
- Here, you must configure the sequences that accounts will follow when they are created automatically. Specify whether they are customer or vendor accounts and the base account in the plan from which they will begin to be generated.
Create an account automatically
- Once the configuration is done, when you want the program to create an account automatically, go to the Accounting tab for the customer or vendor for whom you want to create the account.
- There, click the Create Account button, which will open a pop-up window.
- In this window, you must indicate the Contact Type (from among those created in the first step of these instructions) and the Company or Companies where you want to create the accounts.
- Once you have done that, click the Create Account button, and the account will be generated automatically.
