If you want to set Vendor commission, you can set in 2 way.

1. Set as Vendor Commission by manual on each Sale Order.

2. Set as Parent Partner Commission of sale person auto. You need to set the vendor as parent partner of sale person.

3. Setup Commission Rule follow the steps

3.1. Setup Commission Rule in Sales -> Configuration -> Settings -> Sale Commission

3.2. Setup the Sale Team rule or Customer/Partner Rule. eg: we use team rule. Then we setup the rule in Team

Click Add in Sales Commission Rule Setting Tab of Team

3.3. Setup the Customer Rule via Customer. if you use the rule on [Customer of Sale Order]

Click Add in Sales Commission Rule Setting Tab of Team or Partner.

3.4. Setup Sales Commission auto Amount base on order amount / product / category.

If you setup Amount on product, you must setup the product apply commission in product view.

If you setup Amount on product Category, you must setup the product apply commission in category view.

3.5. Also you can add more Commission Level in Sales -> Configuration -> Sales Commission Levels

Easy Add or Edit Commission Levels for Use in Team/Partner/Order.

4. Auto Apply the Commission once Sale Order Confirmed. if setup Done.

Then once the Sale Order Confirmed. we can get the default Commission. You can Edit or Reset.

Click the [Commission Expense] button. Then we go to apply for payment of commission.

5. Apply / Approve / Pay the Commission. Via the Hr Expense workflow.

After we confirm the Commission Line, the commission would follow the Odoo Expense report rule.

6. Get Commission Report. Via the Hr Expense workflow.

We can easy get the Commission Report per order.
