The module gives every task and to-do a configurable popup with a precise countdown. The cron checks every minute, real-time bus events fire instantly, and assignees can mark tasks Done â or snooze them â without leaving the dialog.
Per-task DD:HH:MM:SS timer
Choose the exact gap between popups for every task or to-do. The next due date is recomputed automatically on every change.
Real-time bus notifications
The moment a task becomes due, every assignee with an open browser sees the dialog instantly through the standard Odoo bus.
Inline checklists
Tick checklist items right inside the popup. Unchecked items prevent the task from closing automatically.
Multi-assignee aware
Tracks which assignees already completed the task and informs the rest via a non-intrusive notification, so teams stay in sync.

A standard Project Task form, enriched with a single extra group: tick Popup Reminder, set the interval, and the next-due date is computed automatically. No new menus, no new views â just one drop-in section on the form you already use.
The same popup configuration works on personal To-dos. The countdown ticks down in real time so users see exactly how long until the next reminder fires â perfect for daily routines, follow-up calls and any self-managed task.
When the timer hits zero, every assignee sees this dialog instantly via the Odoo bus. They can tick checklist items right inside the popup, hit Mark Done, or postpone with Later â which restarts the timer using the task's own configured interval.
When one teammate closes the task, every other assignee gets a polite non-intrusive notification â so the same task never lights up two people's screens twice. Teams stay in sync without spam, without duplicate work, and without anyone needing to refresh their browser.
